Terms of Delivery

If the item is in stock we will despatch your order within 24 hours of the payment clearing. Caravan Spares Direct will not be responsible for any loss whatsoever in the event of late delivery of goods. Late delivery will not be accepted as a breach of contract. Any loss or damage to the goods is to be reported within 24 hours after receipt.

• Goods are delivered Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Saturday deliveries are available to some areas at extra cost, please enquire for details.
   
• If the goods are in stock and you place your order before 2pm we will endeavour to despatch your order within 24 hours, in busy periods this can extend to 48 hours. Pallet deliveries are 48 hours. Deliveries will not be made on weekends and bank holidays unless special arrangements have been made.
   
• If the goods are out of stock you will be informed, and they will be sent on to you when they arrive into stock.
   
• If the order is split into more than one consignment you will be charged the full delivery rate on the first consignment but you will not be charged for delivery on the balance of the order.
   
• If you require a delivery outside the UK mainland please contact us first, we are happy to quote for delivery to any address.
   
• All deliveries need to be signed for upon receipt.
   
• Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
